With the summer holidays coming to an end, school staff are gearing up for the new year ahead. Paultons Park, home of ‘Professor Blast’s Learning Lab’ are inviting teachers to their open weekend – taking place on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September. Teachers will be able to see the Lab for themselves; preview the Science and ICT based activates on offer; discuss a possible visit with the Education team and enjoy over 60 rides and attractions.

Hidden Histories

Despite expecting gale force winds and driving rain on Monday, I was lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful and fascinating afternoon at Ashley Walk. Various educators and staff from visitor information points in the New Forest were treated to a day of fantastic training, showing us how to get the best from the “New Forest Remembers”  project run by the New Forest National Park Authority.
